League of Fire Challenge Rules:
- No food or drink for the duration of the Challenge.
- You must video your challenge without edits & remain on camera at all times until the challenge is complete
- Read the disclaimer found at leagueoffire.com/disclaimer clearly into the camera.
- Pops must be frozen solid, opened and consumed on-screen.
- Consume frozen pop #1 in 1 minute, show and empty mouth and complete a 2 minute burn.
- Consume frozen pop #2 in 1 minute, show and empty mouth and complete a 2 minute burn. Complete the same process for each pop you consume during the challenge.
- After you finish your final pop, show an empty mouth and complete 4-minute afterburn.
